4. Purposes of personal data processing and legal basis for processing:
4.1 We process your data for the following purposes:
performance of the service provision agreement (legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter b) of the Regulation),
performance of legally justified interests of the entity Serwis Pojazdów Szynowych, Lisi Ogon, ul. Szczecińska 15-19, Branch Inowrocław ul. Warsztatowa 1, i.e. direct marketing of own products and services and personalization of marketing offer (legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) of the Regulation),
financial settlements and accounting reporting (legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter c) of the Regulation),
verification of the Client's identity (legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter c) of the Regulation),
establishing, pursuing, defending claims, as a rule up to 10 years due to the applicable limitation periods for claims (legal basis: art. 118 et seq. of the Civil Code).4.2 In some situations, we process data because it is required by law, in particular tax and accounting regulations (i.e. based on art. 6 sec. 1 (c) of the GDPR).
4.2 We also process your personal data in the performance of our legitimate interests (i.e. pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 (f) GDPR), for the purposes of:
determining, protecting and pursuing potential claims,
conducting court, arbitration and mediation proceedings,
ensuring the security and integrity of the services we provide to you electronically, including counteracting fraud and abuse and ensuring traffic safety,
storing data to ensure accountability (including demonstrating our compliance with the obligations arising from the GDPR).

5. Who will your personal data be shared with?
If necessary, we will transfer your personal data in order to perform our services.

6. Period of storing your personal data:
Personal data will be processed by us for the duration of the contract and after its termination, in the event of a risk of pursuing claims in connection with its performance, but no longer than for a period of 10 years from the date of its termination.
We are entitled to process personal data that we process based on your consent until you withdraw your consent.
We are entitled to process personal data processed for the implementation of our legitimate interest until you file a potential objection.
7. Your rights:
The right to request access to your data, its modification, deletion, restriction of processing, as well as transfer of your personal data,
The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (from 25 May 2018 the President of the Office for Data Protection), if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR,
The right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data.
8. Voluntary provision of personal data:
Providing your personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide it will prevent us from providing services to you, including the implementation of the concluded contract.
